Project Overview
Following the launch of Workday in November 2020, the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) received a number of tickets reporting issues relating to payroll. Through conducting a Pareto analysis — a technique for assessing competing problems and measuring the impact of fixing them — our goal is to identify the problem sources with the highest impact on the university community.
Timeline
Due for completion by September 30, 2021.
