Get the tools you need to succeed
Below are some resources created by the Operational Excellence team to help you get started on your project.
The Project Intake Form is an important part of our process. It captures the most relevant information about your continuous improvement project and gives us a better understanding of the scope of your project and the support you would require from us.
If you have any questions about the Project Intake Form, please contact the Operational Excellence office.
The Project Charter is a one-page template to be updated by the project manager, using information captured in the Project Intake Form. The Project Charter will be used to present a new project summary information to the Governance Committee for evaluation.
One of the services we offer is data tracking and reporting. The intake form allows our Business Intelligence team to gather context in just a few simple questions and gain a clear understanding of how they can help.
If you have any questions about the Business Intelligence Form, please contact the Operational Excellence office.
When we apply Lean Six Sigma to a project, we begin by defining a key problem or opportunity in an existing process and creating a problem statement.
Use this MOST (Measurable, Observable, Specific, Time) worksheet to begin assembling the building blocks of your problem statement.
This is the standard Operational Excellence PowerPoint template for project managers to use in their presentations.
