Resource Planner for Facilities

Project Overview

Planon Resource Planner (RP) is not being used consistently across all Facilities teams. There is an opportunity to create a process and/or business rules to have consistency in RP use across Facilities teams. The purpose of this project is to schedule work in an efficient and effective way, and to be able to look at RP to gain an understanding of crew workload on any given day.
