With the impact of COVID-19 and the implementation of Workday last fall, UBC had decided to put UniForum activity on hold for 2020/2021.
Moving forward for 2021/2022, instead of collecting UniForum information in June, as we have done in the past, we will collect data later this year, in October/November 2021.
Over the next few months, you will be hearing more about this year’s UniForum program from the UniForum project team, now part of the newly formed Operational Excellence team.
By gathering accurate data and gaining insight into our end-to-end processes and resourcing of services and activities at UBC, the UniForum study will continue to help frame and support UBC’s strategic planning at all levels, as well as improve implementation of important transformational projects.
