Shirlett has extensive experience managing and developing Business Intelligence tools in large and complex organizations like UBC across various industries, including banking and telecommunications.
Aside from a Dual Bachelor’s degree in Finance and IT, Shirlett also holds an MBA and a Masters in Information Studies from UBC, specializing in Data Analytics. Her strong background, in combination with her passion for uncovering actionable information from raw data, makes her a valuable asset to the Operational Excellence team. Her goal is to help UBC become more efficient in its delivery of service, in turn strengthening its position as a world class leader in higher education.
In her spare time, Shirlett enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and learning about proper nutrition.
